Exclusive Services
We provide many services to support and empower co parenting dads so that they feel confident in their coparenting relationship, in themselves and build robust relationships with their children. From tackling communication issues, encouraging self growth to providing a safe space for fathers to be vulnerable, stand up fathers will be with you every step of the way.
Dad Talks
Our one-on-one sessions offer a range of support for co-parenting dads, including emotional support, accountability partnerships, and practical advice. These real conversations provide a space for dads to discuss their situations, explore strategies and tips to improve their circumstances, and receive guidance on coping mechanisms and communication with their children's mother.
These sessions create a non-judgmental environment where dads feel encouraged to open up and talk more, rather than harbouring negative thoughts and feelings. This openness fosters personal growth and strengthens their role as fathers.
Life Coaching
We offer life coaching sessions to co-parenting dads focusing on helping dads achieve their personal goals and boost their well-being. Utilizing positive psychological techniques, these sessions create a collaborative partnership to harness each dad's personal strengths and potential.
Daddy And Me Days
This initiative offers dads and their children the chance to connect with other co-parenting dads and their kids through day trips, events, activities, and more, all without the burden of financial worries. By removing the stress of costs, we create opportunities for meaningful interactions and shared experiences that strengthen the bond between fathers and their children.
This service is proudly offered in partnership with Daddy & Me UK, allowing us to expand our reach and provide even more enriching experiences for co-parenting families. Through this collaboration, we aim to foster a sense of community and support, helping dads and their children build lasting memories together.
Cyrus fund pot
The Cyrus Fund Pot is a type of legal aid for co-parenting dads to be able to have access to which will be used for helping with filing court applications.

Stand Up Fathers hopes that this can ease the worry of dads not wanting to take legal action and to not allow it to be an obstacle for them fulfilling their role as fathers.
Twenty percent of membership fees are allocated to the pot, and donations are also accepted to support this initiative.
